We have been helping the MBA applicants in framing their application strategy and preparing their application for over five years now. With ApexWriters Scholarships, we go one step ahead to financially help the deserving MBA applicants, who are in process of taking the GMAT and subsequently applying to their dream schools. Each year, we award three scholarships towards reimbursement of GMAT test fee and assistance in completing business school applications.

AWARDS:

The scholarship will be awarded to three winners as follows:

• First award: 12,000 reimbursement towards GMAT registration and 10,000 coupon towards any of our services
• Second award: 6,000 reimbursement towards GMAT registration and 7,000 coupon towards any of our services
• Third award: 3,000 reimbursement towards GMAT registration and 5,000 coupon towards any of our services

ELIGIBILITY:

The applicants must:

• Be of Indian origin, residing anywhere in the world
• Have minimum of two years of work experience as on September 2010
• Appear/have appeared for GMAT in the current year 2010

PROCESS:

To be considered for the scholarship, all you have to do is email the following documents:

• Your updated resume/CV
• Essay - Topic: Tell us about your biggest weakness and how did you convert it into your strength (maximum of 500 words)
• One optional essay of maximum 250 words, citing financial need if any

IMPORTANT DATES:

• August 13th 2010: Applications open
• September 15th 2010: Deadline for application submission
• September 18th 2010: Results declared
• September 23rd 2010: Last date to accept the offers

• If I am selected, how will you notify me and what will be the next steps?
  We will post the decisions online and also send individual emails to the selected applicants. Our email will outline the next steps.
  
  
• Do I need to be an Indian citizen to apply for this scholarship?
  Yes, you must be an Indian citizen. You may reside anywhere.
  
  
• What are the qualities that you will evaluate the applicants on?
  We will evaluate the applicants on academic and professional merit.
  
  
• Which parameters will you evaluate the essay on?
  We will evaluate you on your ability to identify the impactful example/s, the clarity of ideas and effective presentation
  
  
• When is the deadline to submit the application?
  September 15th 2010 - 23:59 hrs EST
  
  
• Do I have to opt for your services in order to avail the cash awards towards GMAT fee waiver?
  For reimbursement of award, you need not. However, for redeeming the savings coupon, you need to enroll.
  
  
• When/how will the result be announced?
  We will announce winners on 18th September, 2010 and publish the results on our website. At the same time, we will also inform all the winners via email.
  
  
• What if I get selected?
  If you are declared winner, you will need to submit a scanned copy of your GMAT score card. We will transfer the scholarship funds in your bank account and share with you the coupon codes for availing our services. For other eligibility conditions, refer to the Eligibility section above.
  
  
• If I am not selected for the award, will I receive a feedback?
  Even though we want to, we will not be able to provide personal feedback on each application.
