From your experiences until now, what are some vital learnings which could be of use to your peers in an MBA setting e.g. your understanding of the telecom sector in ABC country, and the knowledge you have picked up regarding public-private partnerships etc. Keep to about 2-3 such points and substantiate with examples. Regarding your expectations from the program ? where do you see yourself personally and professionally post the MBA e.g. as a financial analyst in an investment bank. Once this is clear ? how will the MBA help you achieve this e.g. knowledge of a functional area, honing your leadership skills, exposure to global business practices etc |

What global changes have affected your industry or sector or your career both directly and indirectly? These could be new technological trends, business practices which have changed the way the business is carried out or even global trends that may have negatively impacted your profession? However, don't use this answer to justify why you are quitting your job- rather keep the tone of the essay positive in terms of opportunities these changes might have created which you wish to capitalize on in the future. Be sure to answer what plans you have and how they tie in with these changes.
